What Information CourierGateway Collects
We may communicate with you if you have provided us the means to do so. For example, if you have given us your email address, we may send you important information about our platform and services and provide information to resolve questions you may have about our platform and services to better understand your user experience, improve our support and combat fraud and protect your information. In addition, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us make our communications with you more relevant and improve our services. If you do not want to receive communications from us, please indicate your preference by contacting us at support@Couriergateway.com or unsubscribing via the "Unsubscribe" button in our emails, if available.
Cookies and Tracking
Whenever you interact with our platform and services, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or device, which may include your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, “cookie” information, the type of browser and/or device you’re using to access our platform, and the page or feature you requested.
We may use this data to customize content for you that we think you might like, based on your usage patterns. We may also use it to improve the platform – for example, this data can tell us how often users use a particular feature of the Services, and we can use that knowledge to make the Services interesting to as many users as possible.

We use Google Analytics to organize data about the users of the platform which may be used to improve our platform and services.
Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties
We do not rent or sell your Personal Information in personally identifiable form to anyone, however, certain Personal Information may be transferred in connection with business transfers, as described below. We may share your Personal Information with third parties as described in this section:
We may share Personal Information with various recipients, including the following:
• within areas of our company that process Personal Data for customer support, marketing, technical operations and account management purposes;
• event sponsors, if you register for a CGW event;
• our contracted service providers that process Personal Data on our behalf for IT and system administration and hosting, research and analytics, or customer support purposes;
• public and government authorities to the extent we are compelled to disclose Personal Information to comply with our legal obligations;
We may encrypt your Personal Information so that you cannot be identified as an individual. We never disclose aggregate user or de-identified information to a partner (or allow a partner to collect such information) in a manner that would identify you as an individual person.
We may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and may need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you; for example, we may use a payment processing company to receive and process your credit card transactions for us. Sale of our Business
If we sell, merge, or transfer any part of the CGW business, we may be required to share your information and if so, you will be asked if you want to opt out of receiving any promotional information following any change of control. Change of control can be defined as follows, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, Personal Information could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.

Security of Your Personal Information
CGW provides the appropriate security measures regarding the Personal Information we collect. Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. If you access your account via a third party site or service, you may have additional or different sign-on protections via that third party site or service. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security as no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.
We constantly update your security practices to ensure we implement the best known security practices/methods in securing your Personal Information. We comply with applicable laws and standards when transmitting your Personal Information and train our staff in safeguarding of your data.

CourierGateway acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. CourierGateway collects information on behalf of our customers, and has no direct relationship with the individuals with whom our customers may interact using the Platform or Service(s). If you are a customer of one of our customers ("End-Customer") and would no longer like to be contacted by that customer, please contact the customer that you interact with directly. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to CourierGateway customer (the data controller). If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
